How You Doing With ALLLL this Change?

Some of the wisest words I have ever heard are “the only thing constant in life is change.” Boy has that proven true. Back in March I published a blog about the change coming; the theme of 2020 definitely has been CHANGE. Change is coming at us in every direction! But it’s okay. What is most important is how we choose to respond. I even challenged myself and listeners to the Get High On Motivation podcast, to change the way we look at the President. I picked out some of the best quotes and advice to help us all cope with our favorite friendemy change…

“All great changes are preceded by chaos.” —Deepak Chopra
“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.” —Walter Isaacson
“Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” ―Mahatma Gandhi
“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” —Albert Einstein
“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.” ―Lao Tzu
“You can’t change what’s going on around you until you start changing what’s going on within you.” —Zig Ziglar
“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.” ―Eckhart Tolle
“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” —C.S. Lewis
“Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.” ―Barack Obama
“I used to pray that God would feed the hungry, or do this or that, but now I pray that he will guide me to do whatever I’m supposed to do, what I can do. I used to pray for answers, but now I’m praying for strength. I used to believe that prayer changes things, but now I know that prayer changes us and we change things. —Mother Teresa

I hope one of these wise folks said something that resonates with you. Check below to see what’s new. Talk to you soon Lovebug… Now go change!

Africa Johnson

Africa has been a hair stylist in Colorado Springs for many years and has established a loyal customer base, I recently spoke with one of Africa’s clients from over ten years ago who said that she had not been able to find anyone who could do her hair like Africa since she left Colorado Springs. When my hair stylist had to reduce her clientele, she told me that Africa was the only one she would trust to do my hair. She is skilled, talented, caring and professional.
