Eliminate Comparison

It is important to stop comparing yourself to every “perfect picture” that you come across.  Of course images are perfect on social media because there are so many filters to make them perfect.  It is absolutely normal to have cellulite and stretch marks.  You have to learn to love yourself through it all. I know that it is hard to visualize yourself as beautiful if you don’t feel beautiful but you have to start small and gradually build yourself up. Start by taking a shower , brushing your teeth , and finding a nice shirt to wear. You may still not feel “perfect” but this will allow you to feel confident and fresh. Get in the routine of taking care of yourself , treating yourself , and finding your inner goddess.  Comparison is not healthy. It will keep you on a never ending road of unhappiness ….. Get away from that mentality, like right now. Work on that confidence and feel so confident that you don’t have to compare yourself to any other “perfect pictures.”
